Façade retention & demolition 🚧 A great example o Façade retention & demolition 🚧 A great example of the level of specialist planning and engineering that goes into complex façade retention schemes. This project required detailed pile setting-out, plunge column design, and a fully coordinated temporary works strategy to safely support the retained façade while enabling the main structure to be constructed behind it. From piling layouts and reinforcement detailing through to temporary steel frames and staged load transfer, every element had to work together precisely. Our team delivers fully engineered solutions, managing the process from early design development and technical approvals through to installation and completion on site. It’s this depth of technical knowledge, coordination, and attention to detail that allows challenging projects like this to be delivered safely and efficiently.
